When will my order ship?
Our team at Coupralux asks for 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping (often 3-5 business days). We’ll keep you posted with updates and shipping confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship in the USA.
What is the oversized shipping fee?
We take great care to package your fine art giclee so that it arrives safely and without damage. Because of this, there may be an oversized large art fee that applies to extra large works, calculated during the checkout process. These fees help cover the cost of packing, crating, shipping and delivering the artwork to your doorstep.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
Carolyn’s artwork is scanned by Coupralux for super high resolution fine art printing. We try our best to share accurate colors online, but please note some hues may appear different in real life compared to phone, tablet and computer screens.
What is your return policy?
Because each order is printed on demand, we aren’t able to accept returns, but please let us know if for some reason there is an error or issue and we’ll gladly work with you as best we can. Our hope is that you’ll love your special piece for many years to come.
